I like how it is very user friendly for small business owners who are not tech savvy at all! It has helped me connect better with my clients by enabling them to join meetings via their computer or phone without having an internet connection. The customer service offered through ZOOMROOMS was also great as well!! Sometimes there can be issues when people don't have access to wifi in order to attend our zoom rooms but they always try really hard to resolve this issue quickly so no problems here! We've been able to use zoomrooms to host virtual events which helps us save money since we're only paying one month's rent instead of two months' worth.
