This vest exceeded my expectations. It's warm but not thick. It's stylish too! I love the contrast of zippers, buttons, etc. with black. The quilted fabric makes it more dressy than casual or sporty like down jackets. The lining was completely torn in one pocket which was a shame but not the main reason. I discovered this after washing and wearing so will not be returning. But otherwise the quality is good, the size is true to size. I usually wear XL tops and have a larger bust so it can be hard to find zip tops like this at times. But it fits perfectly!
