I started making boards with corn holes and for the first 40 sets I made I used a 6 inch hole saw. Drilling 3/4" plywood was a strain on the chisel, the drill bit, and myself. I was told to get the router bit flush and route holes. I was able to make more boards in less time and get a better edge finish too. I used the longer cutter to flush 2 pieces of 3/4 inch plywood which has a unique design. The long cutter in my cobalt router had no problem cutting through the material. Heavy use
