I put the new Samsung in an external case and connected it to usb. Windows 10 did not immediately show the disk, although I saw how a usb device, I had to get into disk management and manually assign a letter to the new disk. I downloaded the native Samsung Data Migration utility and cloned the system to this new ssd. Before doing this, be sure to run chkdsk on the old disk to fix errors, if any. Transferred almost completely clogged 240GB of the previous disk to this 500GB Samsung. After cloning, I unscrewed the old screw from my laptop, inserted this one. I am attaching the screenshot of the test.
