This product is not bad at best. My 2-year-old labrador quickly got the idea to "touch" him, but the sensor is either not sensitive enough or is defective. The call is NOT a button that you can push or press, but a sensor that you have to touch or swipe. He can touch it and the bell only works 2 times out of 10. He gets frustrated and gives up because he touches it 3 or 4 times in a row with no sound. The call is also small, smaller than the size of your Palm. It was difficult for him to learn to touch such a small surface. In general, I like the idea, but it's not implemented very well. Calls should be more sensitive and larger for large breed dogs.
