Review on 📦 Soft Close Liberty 942005 Bearing Drawer by Jason Vigil

I bought 2 sets last year but didn't have time to install them until 2 months ago. . A set of sliders failed to close softly in the beginning and won't let the draw stay closed. Yesterday the second set would not close smoothly and now the drawers are difficult to slide. If any manufacturer or seller is reading this and would like to replace these slides with new ones, I'll be happy to update my feedback on how they helped me resolve this issue. I really wanted these slides to work; The overall quality of the runners seems to be well constructed and I was so excited to try them out as I have about 16 other drawers that I plan to use soft close runners on. I believe the malfunction lies in the softest locking mechanism.
