The devices I received were faulty - the signal to noise ratio was terrible and there was a lot of noise. It was really disappointing. Thinking it might just be bad luck based on other reviews, I ordered a replacement (I also opted to upgrade to a red device instead of a replacement). The replacement unit works fine, but this first unit was unusable. I'm not sure how bad it was right out of the box, but I'm hoping QC can do better testing before shipping to ensure each unit works as well as my replacement. I would give 5 stars if I didn't have to deal with the exchange issue.
