Good solution when thinking about calling other locations

I like the fact that Opus allows you to have different types of calls. For example, we can have a conference call with just the internal team members. We can also have a general call for all team members. Opus has been great for our organization. It is very easy to use. It is easy to learn. It is great that they are always adding new features. We need to get a whole bunch of people on board to use it. We've been able to use Opus for different types of calls. We've been able to call internal team members and we've been able to call our vendors. Opus has been great for us. I like that it was easy enough so my employees could figure out how they can use this system easily with little training required from us (the support team). It's not perfect but there are some things you just have learn in order if used correctly will make your life easier! If using VoIP services do research into what options best fit each situation before selecting any one service provider!! Great communication tool between our offices around town providing voice mail capabilities too.

  • Has many integrations built already as well.
  • Wide variety choices available when choosing phones/extensions within an account including 3rd party providers such at Vonage or RingCentral integration via API etc

  • Nothing really comes immediately top mind here
