Less sticky than parchment paper - awesome!

So I bought these rugs because I didnโ€™t want to buy parchment paper anymore. I have a feeling that parchment paper is expensive and wasteful because you throw it away once you're done. These rugs were the perfect solution! As far as I can tell, food sticks to them less than parchment paper, and I don't create more waste. Disadvantages of these rugs: 1) They are inconvenient to clean as they are flexible, but I'm not overly concerned about that, but I can see that it bothers someone. 2) I cooked something with barbecue sauce on it and the sauce stained the leaves. Again, this isn't something I personally find negative, just normal wear and tear. It doesn't seem to affect the quality of the product, they are still very non-stick which is great. The last thing to watch out for is that you can't cook at temperatures above 400 degrees. I checked online and it seems like all baking mats are like this. Almost everything I cook on a griddle is 350-400, so that's not a problem for me. Overall I think it's fantastic and far better than parchment paper in the long run.
