The thinktank has thinner walls, less thickness, but the overall size is larger, made better, more pleasant to hold in your hands, more expensive by 600+. Under 60d, 70d etc. - would be perfect. For 650, 700, 750 - also normal, but there is too much free space. The 750d and tamron 17-50 2.8 with a belt fit perfectly into the Lowepro.
