The most useful part is that you can set reminders for your waiters about when to be in front of customers and also it will send notifications if there's an update in my account or an important message from me.

I don't like how sometimes I have to refresh the page just so the notification appears but other than this everything was great! It has been really helpful because now we are able to keep track of our orders while having customer service help us. We've also created more efficient procedures which makes things easier.
