The picture shows a thick wide belt and white drawstrings, the item I received had a thin piled up waistband and the drawstrings were the same color as the pants. As others have mentioned I was expecting a more tan color but they are maroon. The legs were also very tight at the calves, which is totally unusual for pajama bottoms. Sent back promptly.
