Review on USTIDE by Craig Pham

My recent experience with USTIDE, during which I purchased things for the home and kitchen, leaves me with no choice but to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the company. In spite of the fact that they assert that they provide high-quality items, every single thing I purchased from them was of poor quality and broke after only a few uses. My most recent purchase from USTIDE, an area rug, did not live up to my expectations. In spite of the fact that it was advertised as a fashionable and long-lasting addition to my living area, it began unraveling at the edges after only a few short weeks. And when I went out to customer service for assistance, I was met with comments that were useless and condescending, leaving me with the sensation that I was being disregarded and annoyed. The customer service offered by USTIDE is unsatisfactory, much like the company's products, which have a low overall quality. In spite of the numerous attempts I made to get in touch with them about the problems I was having with the area rug, I was never able to find a solution that was to my satisfaction. It is abundantly evident that the delight of customers is not a primary focus for this organization. In general, I would strongly discourage anyone from making any kind of purchase from USTIDE. Their products are poorly manufactured and do not provide value for the price, and their customer service agents are unhelpful and condescending toward their clients. Avoid the hassle and go somewhere else to get your home and kitchen necessities instead of shopping here.
