I love that they have great customer service! The support staff is very responsive when it's needed but not too pushy if you want some time alone or just need someone else around sometimes :). It can be expensive at times depending what level of services are used (if any) so make sure there isn't cheaper options out their before signing up as this could really affect your experience in terms of cost vs quality/support offered etc - otherwise its an easy solution all round which meets most peoples needs perfectly well without having to worry about overloading yourself with additional costs down the line by going through more costly providers later once things start getting busy.
