Works best with a little air
How it worked for my wife was with a little air. Just enough to keep my butt off the seat under the pillow. In addition, the small amount of air caused that the rear seat did not help at all to prevent buttock pain during a long drive. At first it seems logical that more air would work better, but with this product, less is more.
