Review on 💧 Watts Premier 116093 Top Mount Monitored: Enhanced Water Filtration for Optimal Performance by Issac Burnett

Like others we purchased our Watts Premier under sink reverse osmosis water filtration system from Costco and it has worked well for over 10 years. We recently had to replace the original faucet due to corrosion and "hard water" buildup causing the faucet to leak. We ended up buying a compatible replacement (we couldn't find one at our local Home Depot). We had a licensed plumber install the unit. Worked for 2 months with no problems and recently started leaking; Water came out of the opening on the back of the faucet. We called another licensed plumber who admitted he didn't work with these systems and didn't have much experience with them (red flag). After some bad advice ("buy a new faucet because the new one you bought is broken"), I decided to test it myself and see what I can do. Apparently this plumber didn't want to do anything other than charge for the call. Short story, looking it up I found the solution. I got some sediment in the drain line and after 10 minutes it was clean and working great with no leaks. The moral of the story is that 1. this product is great. 2. It's hard to find good help. 3. Do your own research (search the internet) and the universe will give you a solution, at least in this case.
