Definitely complementing. With that said I will wear a black lace bralette to hold the girls in. Just wish there was a bit more support. Definitely love the style and color and fit. I'm a 300lb woman . I wear a size 22, 3x. Sizing is true to size for the swim suit. This swim dress is a good alternative for woman who don't want to wear a swim suit. The shorts are fine that comes with the swim dress.
