It's charming. I love how they look and feel (cotton pajamas). They're great because the material doesn't stop at the bottom of the ribs like most dog clothes. Instead, it extends further down. This feature is the BEST as Iowa winters are pretty cold for this chi! Yes, underneath is a "V" under which your pooch can do #1 and of course the back doesn't go past the tail so she can do #2 too. So women's pajamas are a great idea. One thing that really worries me, although it fits her girth and length on top (I ordered a small based on length, bust and neck, not weight), it's a bit "longer" on the bottom. Remember that "V" neckline I talked about for women to make #1, well it's just a little bit longer so it acts like pajamas. instead of sewing holes. One of the images I upload is an example of a snap/popper button. Since it's glued on I think it probably shouldn't be machine washed or the glue could come loose. But I contacted the seller via email (the product comes with a small note card saying to contact them about a specific email with problems) and they responded within hours that they had a replacement would send. Due to the fact that the seller replaced the "pink" pajamas, I'm giving both pajamas in different colors 3 stars. 3/5/19, upgraded from 3 to 4 stars. I contacted the seller about a button and they sent me a replacement within days, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I mentioned that I didn't trust the girl's passage, but I went ahead and let her out even though I was Leary and there was no clearance. To my surprise, 2 days have passed and the pajamas are dry. I will buy them again!
