The system was easy for our staff members to use as they are used to using other systems in their daily work life. I am not sure if it has saved us time because we have been doing this for years but there could be some things that can save more time or make your job easier with faster processing times through automation or something like that. We don't really know how much time savings there will be since we haven't had any yet but would love to see them later when we do implement them! Tracking and keeping track of mailings and invoices.
