If you have a UPS you might need one of these

I have at least four of these products and this is one of the cheapest. why do i have it Because if you're using a reputable UPS and not just a $15 "power conditioner," you won't need any additional downstream signal processing. Renewal. The plug is smaller than some, which means you can get more use out of the outlet. Suitable for installation under a table. not immediately visible - the clearance doesn't meet the requirements of the wall, so you'll probably use a key - I can't tell if it's suitable for rack mounting or not. An economical choice, but nothing exceptional here.
