The product is easy of use and has an intuitive design that makes it simple for new users to navigate the system without being overwhelmed by the tool's functionality. It requires constant maintenance because of its large database of terms which is constantly growing. If this were not present I would only be able to search within specific fields in order to find my desired results faster. Using the system has allowed me to locate companies from data gathered elsewhere as well as reduce wasted time on research when searching through other databases. I am no longer forced to constantly call companies outside our network just to ask them if they know what we are looking for while also wasting countless amounts of time online researching names or email addresses. The ability to find duplicates in a list of records is very useful. There are other features that I haven't used yet but it looks like they will be helpful as well. It's not easy to use for someone who has never used an ER system before. It takes some time to get used to how the program works. This is not a bad program if you have used other ER programs before. It will take some getting used to but once you do it will work great. We were able to reduce our duplicate records by more than half.
