I usually wear a large top, but ordered an XL. It is very tight and definitely holds things in, but it constantly rolls up, which is really uncomfortable. I purchased the Maidenform Flexees Women's Shapewear Comfort Devotion Cami at the same time, and that one stays in place, but is not as tight. I'm wondering if a larger size would prevent the rolling issue.
