Love my Nutri Bullet Pro! Works perfectly. Sturdy, quality construction. Use it every day without leaking. The key to no leaks? . (1) DO NOT fill the cup past the "Max” fill line. (This is clearly marked on the mug!) (2) When using ice, use only CRUSHED ICE. (3) Ice should make up NO MORE THAN 25% of your smoothie. (4) DO NOT put the blade assembly in the dishwasher as the heat from the dishwasher will warp the seals. Deformed seals can cause leaks. * Follow these 4 steps and you will be golden! (It wouldn't hurt to read the instructions, either!) Happy shuffling!
