The team at Digital Transformation Maturity is very responsive and professional. They have been extremely helpful, and they are great about responding quickly to questions or requests for additional services. I would say that they are doing a good job of providing a full suite of services, and helping us assess our needs and develop an appropriate strategy. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do similar work and who is seeking expertise in digital transformation. We are assessing our own organization's digital maturity, as well as developing an action plan based on what we learn. I liked that it was very thorough as far as what we were looking for from them - they did not try anything too crazy or out there (which is good because sometimes those can be great). They also had some really nice graphics/visuals so made things easy when presenting our findings back at my organization! We used this tool during an internal leadership retreat where everyone could get their own individual scorecard but then compare scores together afterwards using charts like below :.
