Good support and comfort
I read the reviews and chose L. I have size 36 D-DD. I got M in the past so I could get real support. They are great for the gym and the L was perfect. A seal is a must. It gives me more grip and less "seeing" when it gets cold in public (you know what I mean). It happened to me and I'm ashamed! HOORAY! Anyway, I do 30 minutes on the elliptical at a moderate pace, then weight train at the gym and do HIIT at home. You are perfect. Even with jumping, which has always been close to my heart.
