Oh my gosh, I love my little yarn holder! Knitting from skeins of yarn has become much easier! I don't have to worry about my yarn slipping and chasing skeins across the floor or having to stop to unwind a skein every few minutes. I just pin the skein to the top axle, pin the axle to the bottom warp and go back to knitting. It is so easy! The yarn can be easily unwound from the ball by turning on the thread holder. This yarn holder is definitely durable, gift worthy and made with excellent craftsmanship. I'm sure this will work equally well for hooks and other crafters.
