This car has a very good price compared to the more expensive joyoung brand. And judging by the picture, it looks exactly the same in every detail. The quality is very good. It is very easy to use and cleans up very well. It does what it's supposed to do, so I should be happy with it. However, I have an old soy milk machine. The old machine has to be cleaned manually and I have to drain the soy milk through a filter before drinking it. Filtered soy milk tastes just perfect. The new machine (I believe all other more expensive ones) grinds very well and no filter is needed. Finished soy milk is thick, like a goo. Although very good, you can still feel the okara on your throat. The problem is that Okara is so good you can't filter it. It clogs the fine filter or everything passes through the coarse filter. Too bad I still have to use my old soy milk machine. ————— Update after 2nd use: I'm taking this machine down to 2 stars, maybe it should be 1 star. First time I used soaked soy and I didn't like the result. I tried the machine a second time using dry soy and plain mineral water as recommended in the manual. I tried to make a comparison with my old soy machine. It ended up spilling everywhere. Then I cleaned the car completely, tried a third time with dried soy. This time I watched the whole process. I first noticed steam coming out of the top vent and sloshing onto the top of the machine. Then, when everything was almost done, a thick chunk of okara was spat into the front cup. A second later he started pouring more soy mud into the rear waste basket. Later, when the machine self-cleaned and dumped the dirty water into the wastebasket, it overflowed and caused a spill. I believe this is a software bug that prevents soymilk from being thrown in the bin prematurely.
