I bought these to help rebuild hand strength after breaking thumb metacarpal and trapezium on left hand. They really are helping me regain my grip.And as a side benefit, it seems to help with arthritis in my finger joints.I have yet to use the most solid egg, but graduated from the softest to the middle one pretty quick. Very noticeable density change between the 3 eggs.
