Extremely disappointed!

This product was installed directly in another vehicle over a longer period of time. The horn was rusted, the cables from the previous installation were still connected to the engine. I would save and use it to avoid the headache of sending it back, but that didn't even work. Maybe that's why the previous customer sent it back. Extremely disappointed in QC!
