I decided to try these sponges because all other brands start to fall apart after a few uses including the O-Cello brand. These sponges exceeded my expectations and the positive reviews are true. They are amazingly durable and I still haven't seen any visible signs of wear after a few weeks of use. Anyone worried about sponges accumulating too much bacteria after prolonged use should know that placing a damp sponge in the microwave and heating it for 1 minute 45 seconds every other day will kill any germs that might have gotten into the sponge reach. Then you can use a sponge longer. This will not damage the sponge. I will continue to buy these sponges until they decide to go the cheap route like everyone else and lower the quality of their product.
