Smells great and my skin feels soft immediately after use. Part of the Dow is that as soon as I opened it, there was no liquid or oil at all... I'm not sure if it was intentional, but it was really hard to learn because the product was hardened and stuck. Had to be scraped off to use. I'm not sure if this is intentional.
