Quality as expected
The reflective material works well and the collar closes securely with a metal clasp. A small size has been chosen and the thickness and width are ideal for a 22 pound dog. I really liked it, I bought the same for a 42 kg dog. Although the large dog is between sizes, I wanted a wider collar. This puts the big one in the smallest possible position. It's safe, it's not going anywhere and I'm completely satisfied. They are strong working dogs so I needed a well made collar and I expect it to last a long time. Wouldn't hesitate to replace if need be.
