I bought this vest specifically for mountain biking. I already have a bladder that I like so I just got the vest. I had exercise-induced asthma and needed a vest with a front pocket for easy access to my inhaler. It has plenty of front pockets to fit my phone, ID, keychain and inhaler. I was skeptical at first because I read reviews that this backpack is not suitable for women's breasts. The first time I put it on, I knew it was right. I don't have small breasts by any means so I was very uncomfortable and it was moving. The nice thing is that it is very adjustable. The second time I put it on, I put in a full bladder and took my time fiddling with the settings. I slid a front strap all the way down and then tightened the sides. This caused the bottom strap to fall below the chest. Once I felt comfortable with this, I adjusted the top front strap to sit on top of my chest. Then I just played with dressing and loosening until I got what I wanted. He doesn't ride trails anymore. except for the fall of the tree that jumped out in front of me.
