I use it in my office. I have a desk phone and I connected this headset to this phone. I also have a Bluetooth adapter on my PC so I can listen to music without it being too loud for the rest of the office. I had some issues pairing with multiple devices. But I contacted the support team and they responded very quickly and offered their help. They sent a YouTube video which I couldn't help but watch. Basically, follow the initial instructions to pair your first device. After connecting, turn off Bluetooth on the first device and also turn off the headset. Then press and hold the MFB for a while. This will first turn on the device and you'll see a flash of blue light, but if you hold it down long enough it'll enter pairing mode where red and blue lights will flash. Find the headset on the second device and pair it. You can then turn BT back on on the first device and you're done. Although in my scenario here I'm just taking calls on one device and just listening to music. I tested pairing this headset with two real phones and everything works great. I will buy another. [Edit June 26, 2020] I've been using it for almost 8 months now and still love it. The noise cancellation is excellent. I have a co-worker who is about 6 feet away from me and customers can't hear their YouTube videos. I also have a noisy multifunction printer about 4 feet away that prints orders and brochures, which customers can't hear either. It's pretty cool. If you're still in doubt, go out and buy. I have some suggestions for a future release. 1) Add some padding to the end of the strap where it meets your head. 2) Place the charger at an angle so I can charge the headset on the stand without changing the angle of the microphone. That way I can just put it on and never have to fiddle with the mic angle. 3) Attach the mute button to the ear cup. Using a real button on the microphone causes too much noise for the customer. I tested it on a recorded call and it didn't work very well. I would only recommend that you use your phone's mute function instead. I think this might not be a good solution if you are a mobile person. But since I only use it at the table, it's fine for me.
