Broke right after installation.
Received quickly and installed in less than 15 minutes via YouTube video. Immediately after installation, I closed the door and the entire chromed plastic piece fell into my hallway. This part installed very cleanly with no hassle and to have it fail immediately after installation is very frustrating. So in order to get a replacement I have to order and install another door lock and then send another one back for a refund? Seems more work than installation. If a company rep wants to solve this I would be willing, otherwise I'll give them a NEGATIVE 4 STARS
