Gave me a terrible headache

It felt okay using it on the moment but hours later it gave me a terrible headache and the next day I still have a painful headache. I used it in the correct way for the suggested time.

I like how it helps my neck feel better. I use it to help with my neck pain.

Uncomfortable and not a one size fits all. Tried for several days following the instructions and it just didn’t work for me
