Very easy to install on my 2002 Ford Taurus SES. The only thing I needed besides the 2-1/4" clamp was a 2-1/4" exhaust pipe extension. This muffler is a few inches shorter than the stock factory model I replaced. . The pipe coupling is not long enough. They changed it in my driveway in an hour. I'm sure if I were doing the job at a garage or chain store the price would be about twice that at $75 including 2 clamps, an extension pipe and a muffler which is worth it!
