Review on 🔧 Autel MaxiCOM MK908P J2534 (Upgraded MS908P MaxiSys Pro) Diagnostic Scanner + Jbox ECU Reprograming/Coding Bi-Directional + Digital Inspection Camera MV108 by Jamal Murph

Really powerful tool but very limited in what can be used for BMW, Mercedes, Dodge, Bentley and some others. Mercedes requires a das subscription to perform a thorough and accurate diagnosis. While this works well via the included pass-through device, it's expensive for a non-specialist retailer. Trust me I will choose autel im608 which should have the same diagnostic software but comes with a key programmer. The im608 is more expensive, but the one-time additional costs are cheaper than the running costs of a special software for BMW, Mercedes etc. for a workshop that carries out basic diagnostics and occasional key programming. Update: Having tried a few other scan tools for the same price, I would return to this one. For the money, this is a solid platform that outperforms more expensive tools and offers the best support available. In retrospect I should have kept this scanner. The im608 is great but the number of keys I encode doesn't justify the increase in price I paid. The im608 still requires a subscription to many of the programs required for deeper programming on Mercedes etc. The included bypass tool was a decent added value. All in all, I could just order this tool again and this time hang on the nail.
