I am 5'6" and wear a size 16 jeans and an 18 in tops. I am a 40DD. I really hesitated on this because of the sizing. After reading some of the other reviews, I decided to give it a try and go with the 4XL. The size ended up fitting okay. The straps on the top are adjustable. It doesn't offer a lot of support. The bottoms felt a little weird. I don't usually wear bottoms like this, so I'm sure it's just because I'm not used to it. The sizing seemed fine. The material was much softer than I expected. It's not itchy or scratchy at all. I wouldn't wear this under clothing because it's not comfortable. This is something I would only wear at home and it would probably be removed rather quickly. I forgot to mention, that my husband liked seeing me wear this.
