The unit just works and when it doesn't the customer support is very good. I've already had a few issues (due to pressing buttons I shouldn't have pressed at all) and the tech support in China has been great, they usually reply within the next business day. One thing you should know though, the installation is not as easy as the video makes it out and it took me 2.5 hours to install. Resetting the computer into the dash was the trickiest part as there was little room for cables, but this was solved by tucking the cables into the sides of the inside of the dashboard. I also put the antennas in the panel just below the dash and it looks neat and is working well so far. There are some connectivity issues and the CarPlay app takes about 3 minutes to get up and running, but if it's a small price to pay for CarPlay in my BMW, I'm happy to do so. I hope he keeps getting better.
