I had the exact same problem with this refurbished model as the other reviewers here; I've had problems every day since day one. This leads to an endless reboot loop. I installed the latest firmware and have no problems connecting to the internet. I did 4 hard resets and this problem persisted. As with the other browsers, I also had an issue with the router telling me that my WiFi password was invalid even when I set it to 123456789. It worked for a few hours and then I had no internet connection, although I was able to connect to a router. When I used the Android app to check the status of the router, it also resulted in the router rebooting and getting into a reboot loop 90% of the time. For science, I connected a Linksys router and my old router to a hub. My old router would have no trouble connecting to the internet, but the Linksys would (so the problem isn't with my internet). I had connection issues on multiple devices; Samsung s8+, iphone 7+, surface pro 4 (ethernet and wifi), my desktop (ethernet and wifi), my wife's laptop (ethernet and wifi), my old laptop (ethernet and wifi); So it's not a problem with individual devices either. I've spent a few hours of my personal time working on this router which is ridiculous because I'm not a newbie to networking, with 10+ years of experience a consumer router shouldn't be a problem. Now on day 4 the router is completely frozen and not responding and today I am sending it back. Also, the plastic on the router's LCD screen was scratched from the cardboard box it came in as there was no plastic film on it, leading me to believe it was a returned, refurbished router that I received was sent. I'm very disappointed to be honest, I really wish this router would outperform any other on the market based on its features and the repair price seemed great; but if it seems too good to be true, then it probably is.
