I thought this stand would be better than the plastic stands you see here at Revain. I am very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this stand. It has a limited range of motion, but it's perfectly fine for my purposes. What's important to me is being able to press the screen without worrying about the stand changing position or falling off. I compose music and this allows me to have a piano keyboard in front of the iPad. It's at the perfect angle to sit right over my keyboard without getting in the way. I can then just tap the screen to interact with my apps. Although it's not that important now that IOS supports mice and trackpads (better).
