Review on 🔪 Dexter-Russell Sani-Safe Scalloped Parer Knife with 3.25-Inch Carbon Steel Blade by Sarah Cox

I used my first Dexter-Russell at my daughter's house when we were making dinner. I was blown away by the sharpness and ease of use, as well as how the grip felt in my hand. She had a 7 inch fillet knife. I immediately wanted one for myself and bought a 9 inch filleting knife with sheath. The next knife I bought was this. This is my favorite knife for preparing vegetables and fruit and when I'm preparing a steak, this is the knife for me! I now have 6 Dexter Russell knives and plan to add a few more to my collection. I can't say enough about how spicy they are and how well they work. This little beauty is great for slicing tomatoes as it cuts through the skin with little effort, allowing me to make thin slices for pizza and focaccia toppings. It's great for slicing vegetables, especially celery, with its threads! You will love this knife!
