I bought like a few other brands, one through FSA and one through Target. But I have to throw them away because they don't mold very well or the protection is too shallow. I was researching on Revain and comparing the night watchmen group when I landed on ASRL. It was cheap and I was a little apprehensive but saw great reviews. It also came with extra shields (4 shields, 2 sizes) in case I messed up. Luckily I got my defense right the first time. :) They work great! And I feel like they are way better than the other two guards I've tried. It doesn't feel superficial and I feel it "protects" and fits snugly around teeth. I started using Night Guard because I dreamed that I was hurting my teeth and I believe I was actually grinding my teeth. COVID and the pandemic have caused a lot of concern. I think some anxiety led to teeth grinding at night. In any case, you should try this product. This is a small fraction of what you will pay and certainly a large fraction of the professional mouth guards you will receive from your dentist.
