A little too strong
My dentist recommended this brand to me after my first tooth decay (at the age of 32). The taste is ok, but after about a week of use, my teeth became so sensitive that I had to take a break. It can be baking soda (one of the main ingredients), I can recommend using it every other day along with your regular toothpaste.
