Review on TWTADE by Jay Hill

When I was looking for some industrial electrical equipment, I recently went to TWTADE's online store, but the encounter left me feeling pretty... charged, and not in a good way. To begin, the website has about the same amount of user friendliness as a live wire. The structure of the website is difficult to understand, the search tool is shamefully insufficient, and the product descriptions are about as clear as a high-voltage power line in the fog. To make matters even more difficult, by the time I had located the item I had been searching for, it had been sold out. I called the customer support number and asked for assistance, but the representative who answered the phone was about as helpful as a rubber chicken in a nuclear power plant. In general, my encounter with TWTADE has left me feeling more than a bit pumped up, but not in the manner that you want to feel when you are shopping for electrical equipment. I say this because my overall impression is not a positive one. Instead than giving yourself a shock, go shopping somewhere else.
