I was a little afraid to order this case because I ordered a red one other manufacturer and this one was a bright, horrible red! I immediately sent it back and went in search of another red one. When I found this case I ordered black in addition to red in case it was a terrible shade of red too. I have a ULAK Red case on an old iPod and have always loved it. I liked it so much that when the latches failed I ordered another. Unfortunately, this company doesn't seem to make a comparable case for the SE 2020. When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised to find that the color is almost the same as that on my iPod. It's a beautiful almost ruby red color and it's exactly what I wanted. I will also keep the black in case I want to swap out the red or if my husband decides he likes black for his 2020 SE. Can't speak about durability as I just got it today and installed it in just a few minutes. return. I've already watched the installation video, so I knew how to do it. I took a very close look at the instructions just to make sure I was doing everything right. I didn't use the extra small buttons because after installing the case it worked great without them. I think they can be extra in case they fail in the case. I already had a tempered glass screen protector on my phone so I carefully ripped out the plastic screen protector installed in the case so I can't tell how it might work. I had an OtterBox case for another iPod and didn't bother at all with the built in screen protector. I've used tempered glass screen protectors for my iPad and iPod in the past and they work really well, so I decided to do the same with my phone. The case seems to cushion my phone very well, but I haven't dropped it yet. This is my first iPhone and I'm a little afraid of breaking it. Overall it seems like a great case, if anything changes I'll update this review.
