Our whole family has been using this toothpaste for about a year. It's amazing how it works! Neither of us had to worry about plaque! Our teeth have become noticeably cleaner and even the dentist has noticed that they have less plaque. It's becoming increasingly difficult for us to find them in our area and the price of them on Revain has worked out cheaper for us. The color is medium brown and not minty (flavor is normal) compared to regular toothpaste, but we're used to it and the benefits we've seen outweigh the looks and taste.
