I get blisters if I walk more than a mile or two. I have very narrow feet (AAAA with a 6A heel) so I assumed it was because my shoes never fit me. I had planned a trip where I would walk 6-8 miles a day. I had a good supply of band-aids, but it occurred to me that I should google "blister prevention". I found this product, ENGO Blister Prevention Patches, which is cut to size and applied to the inside of the shoe. I also found a product called 2Toms SportShield. I put blister prevention patches on my shoes and used 2Tom between the last two toes on each foot every morning. I completed a 10 day trip without a single blister! I will never go without these products again.
