This is amazing! They're big, soft, absorb spills and are durable for cleaning. And they REALLY don't give off that horrible smell that every other tea towel does! When they arrive they seem tough. Just follow the directions and soak them first. Then they are super soft. They appear thick and durable, very high quality. We let our first sit for a week just to see if it would smell and it never did. I ended up just throwing it in the wash because I was tired of not washing it for so long. Every other kitchen towel will start smelling like mold after a day or two, no matter how well you rinse or wring the water. They either don't absorb or tear after a few uses. I originally ordered three, but have now ordered six more. I gave one to my mother, sister-in-law and daughter-in-law because I was so impressed and wanted to spread the word. We all hate smelly tea towels and have complained about it. I threw away all the other tea towels. Everyone else should too. PS I plan on following the directions and never throwing them in the dryer. I don't want to spoil them.
